"JP managed to top all over the charts statistically over the past two seasons in the England Basketball League’s 2nd division and this past year in the top division EBL1. Marcellus, an extremely 6’4 athletic guard/forward combo, averaged a double-double for the 2011-2012 season. JP poured in 19.3 points per game, 6th best in the league, and also pulled down 10.4 rebounds per contest which was 4th best in the league. Marcellus also found himself as one of the leagues top distributors, dishing out 3.6 assists per game (5th best in the league). Marcellus also made his impact on the defensive end with 2.3 steals a contest and 1.0 blocks per game. Marcellus finished up the year as the EBL’s 2nd most efficient (PER) player."
This past season, Marcellus signed with the Leicester Warriors midway through the season and averaged 20.3 points while shooting 55.4% from the field. He also pulled down 9.0 rebounds while dishing out 2.3 assists per game.
